Saylor Announces Tax Credits for Farmers

Stan Saylor (R-York) announced that the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture is now accepting applications for the state’s Resource Enhancement and Protection Program (REAP) tax credit. This program allows farmers, landowners and businesses to earn tax credits for implementing "Best Management Practices" (BMPs) that will enhance farm production and protect natural resources.

Saylor Announces $2 Million for York Libraries

HARRISBURG – Rep. Stan Saylor (R-York) announced today that the York County Libraries’ effort to improve and modernize its facilities will get a $2 million boost in the form of a grant from the state’s Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP).
